need advice....
i can thro a spin with what looks like a grab
i can pull of mutes and tails but iw never manage to reach the nose i just touch it
pisses me off...
advice anyone?
i am flexible and my boots are semi stiff. but i dont think thats the problem,.

I was always told to think about pushing your tails/heels down, but I'm not flexible at all so I still can't reach them.

stretching before skiing & on the lift is nice :D

try doing them on the chair, and definitely stretch a lot. I'm doing that now so I can get nose and tails.

try as hard as you can to bring either your knees up to your chest or your heels up to your ass, then grab. don't reach for the grab unless you know your skis are there.
