I've always had good experiences with BC but this week I made an order and it hasn't gone well. I don't want to make accusations until I'm sure they fucked up, so I won't post details just yet.

K, here is my story of why I love backcountry.com....

I bought my 08 dumonts in like oct and they were $300. Good price, I was stoked. 6 days later they came up on tramdock for $220 or something like that. We emailed the owner and asked for a price match, he told us they dont mach the one deal at a time sites but still gave us the better price because I guess we buy a lot of stuff from there. Not only that he said they were on sac a month before for 180 and he gave them to us at that price. It was awesome, seriously the most legit place ever, I never have had a problem with anything

backcountry and porters tahoe are the most legit shops you can buy from. i got px12 ti's from backcountry for $100. tell me where you can get those bindings for that price.

ha. i got an oakley jacket from then, turn out my dad actually got the tactic instead of the terrain. i noticed that when it came. I called them up, becuase i wanted the higher water proof rating. They said "heres what we can do for you, wear that jacket, and if you still decide its not what you want, send it in and will you get you that terrain right out there" so i eventually end up sending it back in, and they send me the terrain, for no extra cost! and there customer service, is the most helpful method out there,

they charge the credit card for the one they ship. Then once they receive my old jacket they put the credit back on the credit card.
