Do something you're interested in. My research paper track record (genetically modified foods, the New England whaling industry of the 1800's) has put me through such agony. You don't want to be writing 10 + pages about something that makes you want to hurl an infant from a suspension bridge.

i did one on the BMW 3 seris.  got a high 80 on that shit.  but next year for my senior paper im going to do it on skiing.  im thinking that skiing will be your best bet, there are just so many aspects to the sport that you can go into detail about everything and have a killer paper.
