that sucks though, i was like that in high school, always had pit sweat, like it would drip down my sides sometimes if my shirt was loose. i grew out of it though

yup genetic. they had a program on the Discovery Channel about this. they offer surgeries if its extreme these days.

also, how balanced is your diet? if i drink coffee, or energy drinks or anything with niacin in it it makes me sweat. it makes everyone sweat. if you balance your diet out to grains fruits and vegetables i promise it will slow down a bit. or at least lessen up.

Yea it was big ron. he had/has sweaty palms too. its kinda gross, whenever i get up from my laptop i notice these gross sweat marks that my hands leave. And don't even get me started on playing video games. Moat of my friends don't let me touch their controllers.

And its not a pit or butt problem for me. solely palms.

my dad has the same problem he uses some powder stuff in the morning that keeps his hands from sweating and it works until around 9 at night and he puts it on at 6 in the morning I dunno what its called but look into something like that

same problem bro, my palms sweat bad sometimes, sometimes they dont at all.

i do have a problem that when i start to sweat its really hard for me to actually cool off/ stop sweating. like if im hiking the park, i get soaked, and then i freeze on the chairlift and end up catching a cold lol

It's swap ass and feet for me. I REALLY hate the swamp ass though. like when i have alone time with my hand,my boxers are like drenched, i dont get it. And even sitting in class. And like, after gym when you sweaty, and then you walk outside in the cold, but then you go back inside to go to class and you sit down and your like steaming and you get up and you see perspiration in your chair... EHHH I HATE IT!!!

and my feet, when i wear shoes they just sweat a lot. Like i went to the pediatrist once for another reason, but like i didnt want him to touch my feet because they were all sweaty and gross for no reason. And when i wear slippers, they sweat, and when im in like a blanket, they get like a cold sweat, like they are freezing but really clammy and shit.

I had acutally been wearing like these athletic socks that had very little cotton in them, my shoes and feet were reaking and i didnt know why. I switched back to cottom based socks, takes the smell away, glad i fixed that

same with me. my hands get sooo damn sweaty sometimes and i dont know what to say. and sometimes my hands are red, and other times purple. its fucking weird and other people notice it. it would be safe to say that about once a week my hands are the same color as the rest of my body (not black like most of you guys on here think, I'm white) and thats a generous estimate, and thats for about 5 minutes max.
