how i learned this was:
do a handdrag 1. once you are in your handdrag position, throw your other hand dow to the snow, and swing your shoulders down 90 degrees so you are facing the snow. you are now in handdrag 3 position. now droag thos hands to bring your body down, suck up the knees (knees to chin, not heels to ass) and land.
a common proble people have is the do not pop hard enough, then once in handdrag 3 position, their tips drag. i find throwing my body harder into the spin helps this.
