Antifreeze outrigger question

I just bought some crowbars off someone and they had antifreeze outriggers. When I flipped them over they were like faded to white a little. Do all of them do this or were these painted/dyed?

never seen that. sounds like they were dyed

when they are in the goggle or when you take them out?> sometimes they fade a little white under pressure, like that pressure mark thing

I have them out of the goggle. I thought it was a pressure mark too but it doesnt look like it because its only on the part that faces your head
