Running and swimming are great ways to lose weight. Everyone hates running, but it really is the quickest way to drop calories out of your system.
Stay active. Don't sit around all day. Get a good amount of sleep to let your body recover. What it really comes down to is going out every day and working on some aspect of your body, i.e. weight lifting or cardio.

word... down side is you'll have to dish out about 100 bones on just the dvd's and you'll have to bust your ass 1-2 hours a day for 3 months straight + diet for it to work.
if you're lazy like me there's another program made by the same peeps as p90x. it's called "10 minute trainer"... you do all the shit like in the p90 series but in 10 minute work outs. you do minimum 1 per day or max 3 per day and you'll be set. 10min doesn't sound like much but wait til you try it... i was sweating by the 5th minute. been doin it for 2 weeks now and its working.
