Can not open Rar file, help!

So I am trying to open the rapid share file that I downloaded that I got from doritos with the Promblemaddicts - the dark side of oz.

The problem is that I can only download it using iTunes so when it is done downloading and I open it it only opens up iTunes,, and no new files appear.  And when i go to windows explorer and try to open it, it just does the same thing and goes to iTunes.

I have already downloaded win rar and nothing changes.
I really want this album!!!! haha.

Any help is greatly appreciated ++++ karma

How can you only download it using iTunes? That doesn't make sense.

When I press the download option off of rapid share the other options are iTunes (which I noticed is the default with other files I have problems with, and windows explorer is the default for files that work fine) and other programs like Windows photo gallery and I know that doesn't work.

since you have winrar, you still need to un-compress it. right click the file and press extract to "filename"... then in that folder, youll have the songs that itunes can play

In windows, right click the file, select "open with..."  then select programs from a list.  Winrar should be there.  Then make sure to check the box that says always open with for this type of file.

you need to open it with winrar... then extract the files to a folder, then put those files in itunes...

1.download winrar free software off the official site

2.extract files from zip

3.use itunes to open files
