The Kung Fujas has a rocker that doesn't disable it on hard snow performance. Trust me, you will be so surprised. I was blown away. You are going to get added benefit in slushy park or pow conditions. The ski itself is much softer than an obSETHed as well, so those models are pretty well differentiated. Kung Fujas is almost symmetrical with bi-directional taper while the obSETHed has a progressive sidecut, meaning you can create a wider ski with more carving capabilities and less propensity to want to hook into turns. So much of the testing of the Kung Fujas with rocker was done on firm ass icy snow in the mornings on Hood and down in Chile. The things rails on ice, it is sick.

I can echo anything Schmies said on the new rockered Kung Fujas on firm, ice, groomed, crap snow. They would bite to no end and not lose an edge in the sketchiest conditions but surprisingly still had the fun factor in tact.  They aren't overly stiff but provided a point and go nature that makes them easy to ski in nearly any condition and very predictable.

Yo how do they do when you're hauling ass, bombing runs? So far they sound pretty sick and playful, just want to know if they'll be able to hold up to straightlining once and a while.

We were hauling ass at the Mission demo, they shut down the mountain so no patrol on speed zones and all that crap. They were fun at real high speeds. I am 6'2" and about 190.
