i cant really ski with music, i get mad distracted and dont commit to stuff so if music dont work for you, its cool, some things dont help everyone. you just gotta get hyped and know everything will be fine. its the same thing in every aspect of life, go into it with a positive attitude and you come out strong.

Once you decide your going for a trick you have to go for it. Just commit and then focus on that trick. I don't even look at the jump until I am about to go off of it, so I don't get pysched out. Just ride and whatever happens. And if you land on the downhill chances are it wont hurt too bad. Just have fun and enjoy the feeling you get from stomping your tricks and carry that over to help you stay confident with new ones.

I never skied with music, but I got an mp3 player for Xmas and couldn't believe how it helped me focus when skiing park. Just go into the feature with 100% confidence, KNOW you're going to get the trick, use a nice, balanced wide stance, it's amazing how much stance affects your confidence. Try not to get frustrated, just do whatever is fun.
