I ski tight EC trees, and I'm contemplating getting a rockered ski for next year. Personally, I don't see the need in having a rockered ski on the East but the more I thought about it, I warmed to the idea.
The MAIN reason I would buy a rockered ski is that I want a ski with a tight turning radius. I assume that, due to less edge contact, the turning radius is better on rockered skis, compared to that of non-rockered skis. Is this at all true?
