so today i learned the hard way that my dakine mustangs arnt warm enough for -15 and lower days. so now im looking to get a liner glove that does not have a gauntlet because i like to put my sleeves over my gloves. what are your recommendations/past experiences?
As said before, go for Hestra! I've worn them in -25 d.c. and when my mates hands are about to fall off due to the extreme cold I'm still good and warm inside my mittens. They are expensive, but if you don't have proper gloves/mittens at those reallly cold days you'd pay 100 dollars, easily.
Does anybody have those gloves that have three fingers? Like you thumb is one, then index and middle are together, then ring and pinky. They look warm, well, warmer than gloves colder than mittens. But is it weird to hold stuff?
They aren't expensive at all when they last you 7 seasons like mine have so far. Hestra Vertical Cut Freeride is the best glove out there in my opinion. Mine look new.
