REGISTRATION NOW OPEN

Join Oshawa Ski Club for the 2009 Saturday Night Rail Jam Series beginning January 31, 2009.

Show off your skills and compete for prizes in three urban–style rail jams.

To register you have three options:
1. Pre-register today - Only $15.00
2. Register on the day of each competition - $20.00
3. Pre-register for all three rail jams in advance - Only $40.00

Registration will end at 6 p.m. on the day off each competition.
Each jam will begin at 6:30 p.m.

This competition is open to skiers and snowboarders, ages 11 +.
Helmets mandatory. Waivers required  (available on our home page under “Special Events Waiver”).

Our night Lift ticket is $34....add your $15comp pre-registration entry fee...thats $49.

OSC Membership has it's advantages.

Just to add something that maybe is being missed here...we put all registration money back into the comp as prize money...we don't make money off of these events even though they cost more than you may realize...And from what I read here on NS...you guys should be taking all your money back home with you when you win...  ;)

does all the prize money go to the winner? or is it divided where 3rd gets some, 2nd gets more, and first gets the most?

A lot depends on what kind of stuff our sponsors are able to provide....generally the biggest lot goes to the winners.

Not sure of the final outcome for the skiers, I had a few things I needed to take care of so I didn't see the second half.

Overall, fantastic turnout, and probably the best show of talent I have seen in some time. We had competitors from Barrie, Milton etc. 

I took a bunch of photos but the weather (and my camera) made it tough, so they did not turn out very well...
