i live in Pullman, WA and there isn't a shop for hundreds of miles...just wheat fields. so holla if you know a site that sells cheap ptex candles or if you would like to kindly offer one to me.

oh and then you just melt the ptex into the gash, a\then scrape off the excess with a plastic card?

I use a bic, and those things. they actually catch on fire and will burn/drip. It works fine.

use a bic, or light a regular candle.
i light a regular(wax) candle and use that.
Ptex sticks are .95 cents at my local shop...

Just google it bro, there are tons of places online that sell them, and they are cheap. I would recommended reading up first on how to fix a shot before just trying to melt some Ptex in there. And watch out, that Ptex gets super hot...
