Camera decision question hv30 or Panasonic HDC-SD 100

ive narrowed it down to a hv30 and a panasonic hdc-sd-100 ive herd gread things about the hv30 but the panasonic seems like it has more manual focus options any help would rock in making my decision

I have heard great things about the hv30 and when I was looking for a camera, thats what people recommended to me

Get an HV20/30, reference the media and arts forum, there are a ton of threads about the hv30 and others!
