I honestly think that Sunburst is a horribly ran company.
To start things, at the beginning of the season, my friend and I called Sunburst and asked if Sprecher Park is going to be open that day. She said yes it is, so we drive out there (45 min drive) and find out that not only Sprecher is closed, but Progression as well, all day. We didn't even get out of the car and just drove home, with some bitching on the phone of course.
Just yesterday, the same friend and I call in and ask if both parks are going to be open tonight and she said yes they will be. We checked on their website at about 3:45, it was updated at 3:13, and it said that the parks will be open; no closings. We get there only to find out that Sprecher is closed, again. I absolutely cannot stand when Sprecher is closed because Progression is so crowded you can't do a single thing. It was so packed last night it was ridiculous. So we skied for like an hour and realized that its not getting any better.
Spark Notes: Is it really that hard to inform your fucking secretaries what the runs are and if they are open or not?
