yeah, it's literally just skill. I don't think there is a version that has like, set controls for corks and the like

Everything cool in Jiberish you're not really supposed to be able to do... it's super ghetto dude, it was made in a basement. Download a grabpack on jibbingame.com, some of the animations make it easier, but it's all arrow pressing either way.

how do you do corks/flatspins?

Your vertical axis is up/down arrows, horizontal is left/right, and the speed/degree to which you go along a new axis is determined by how soon you press it after the pop. So to get into a cork, you press the up/down arrow a little bit after you start spinning, to do a flatspin you do them almost at the same time (horizontal still comes a BIT sooner)... the hard part is making the rotation look realistic by keeping your guy on the same axis once he's done with one 360. To do this you kinda have to alternate between the up/down arrows as he's spinning. Impossible for me to describe, you have to do it a lot and play around with different techniques. I'm still not great at it except with crossed grabs and I play a lot of Jiberish. It's really fucking hard. Good luck.
