Bridger Bowl Questions

if you want park, dont go to bridger. trust me. from what i understand its one super small jump and thats it. then a couple small rails. big sky has 3 decent sized jumps. all between 30-50 feet. then a mini park with some fun jibs and rails. moonlight apparently has epic jibs, not sure on the jump situation there, but i would guess not very good.

Agreed I was at both Bridger and Big sky this past weekend and Bridger's park was insanely fail. They had about one "jump" that you had to go super slow to not over shoot while big sky on the other hand had a super nice jump line and a medium park with a bunch of smaller jumps and jibs. Didn't hit either park though cause I was too busy skiing my first time out west. But if you want park go to Big Sky for sure and if you go to Bridger be sure to get a beacon if you wanna ski the gnarlier stuff. I didn't have a beacon and def regretted not being able to hike the ridge as the snow was not so great but still fun as hell for my first time at west. Hopefully be slaying there more next year since I am most likely going to MSU.

Yea, I know that I should probably go to Big Sky for jumps, but I have to go to Bridger with relatives and was trying to get a list of the features in there park.

dude, i was just at bridger this weekend.  they have a really small park.  1 actual table, about 7 foot, some boxes and rails, and a roller.

if you're coming to montana, of all places, you're not coming here to ski park.  you're coming here to scare the crap out of yourself on steep gnarly shit. or rip it if you're good enough.

but listen to these rules if you're going to bridger.
1. bring a beacon if you plan on going anywhere besides main runs.
2. bring a buddy, or meet some locals
3.don't go anywhere out of bounds or on the ridge without a local, or a good buddy.

a lot of the stuff at bridger cliffs out, and if you don't know where you're going you will be in a world of hurt, or stuck hiking back up.

if you follow those things you'll have a blast skiing one of the best big/ small resorts in the country.  big sky has a lil more to offer in terms of size, but it's more expensive, and more populated.  if you want to shred park though, big sky is pretty legit, but not the best park you'll ever ride. 
  try hollerado or utah for that.

If you want to hit park dont waste your time coming to Montana, go to PC, Summit, Mammoth, anywhere but here. If you want to ski I would suggest hitting up Bridger, specifically the new Slaschmans lift if you have your avie gear. If you like long wide open steep faces go to Big Sky but the coverage up there is super shitty so be prepared for core shots.
