i think it's more fun to unpack them and stare at/flex them for hours and then put them in your room until you use them for the first time

Definitely.

But when you get them in like August and have to do that, it's the worst. I had to stare at my last new skis for like 3 months before I actually got to ride them...agonizing.

i, just like the thread creator, got my anthems too, just 3 days ago. 08/09 octolands. I was going to sell them because I thought i had made a mistake on the skis chosen...but im starting to change my mind. can't wait to ride it!

I hate it when you buy things online and the tracking number says that it will be here today, and you're in your room doing your own thing when the door bell rings. at that point think it couldn't be anything else than your order arriving, but then its your brother ringing the door bell from after school.... and the package finally arrives at like 7.

Agreed, it is an awesome feeling.

It's agonizing to have a pair of brand new, mounted skis and have absolutely nothing to do with them. That's what I went through at the beginning of the season.

Coming home to new skis and landing a new trick are the greatest feelings ive ever felt. Like i tried so much harder to get 360 flips skateboarding then 360's skiing and i was so much more pumped when i landed the 360.. its just that something about skiing that i know all of you get that just stokes you so much

getting any package is an amazing feeling, getting my skis was soooooooooo aggitating, so i had this whole mix up and the guys like, im going to send these ones out today, they should be there friday. So im waiting and waiting friday, i expected it to be at my door but it wasnt, so im waiting and waiting. UPS usually has the stuff at my door when i get home, but for some reason they didnt come till like 7 that night, so i was like FUCK! its not going to come till monday now... luckly they eventaully came

But i love getting SAC/TD/WM packages and stickers in the mail and what not. its soooo fun
