I'm about to get off my year long injury next week. I got through it by getting new hobbies, taking pictures and filming. That way you can still be around skiing

Shit dude, injury's suck the big one. I hope you are better to rip it up next season. If you are better by summer I suggest taking up Mountain biking to make up for lost skiing.

The same thing almost happened to me - serious injury two years ago, I was told it could be season ending and that news did make me cry.  Whatever, dude.  It sucks, skiing's a passion and it sucks when it gets taken away.  There'll always be another season, bro.

fuck your injury, find a way around it, trust me i broke my leg, so i  put like 3 splints on it/hard plastic, and sucked it up. but filming is smart. also you could play gnarshmallow all day haha its what i do when im not skiing

i feel ya. i've got a broken collarbone and arm. but at least i can ski in the spring. either go to hood in the summer, get a job, crochet, film your friends, i dunno what you injury is, but you can bike or skate, depending on what you have. bummer but good luck
