Saving News Updates...

So, one thing that has frustrated me is the inability to save news updates. Maybe im just missing something, but I used to be able to just make an update inactive and no one could view it, except for a select few. Now if I dont make the update active after I hit post the entire update will disappear when i move onto another page.
Some times it gets frustrating, because updates can take multiple hours to make.

In the meantime, scope out our new update from the midwest :)...

Ah - once again the fact that newschoolers doesn't have help anywhere strikes again! 

You see, your update is saved, but just located after your other ones.  So if you scroll to the end, you can see that your updates are there.  If you click activate, then it will jump to the front of the list, as that list is ordered by the latest articles that have been made active.

We did this to keep inactive updates from cluttering up your view as cult mods, but likely we should have told someone eh?

Haha, well yeah telling about that new change would of been nice. Its all good though, cuz asking works just as well. Now i know i dont have to spend 5 hours in salt lake making an update when i should be driving home, because im afraid to loose it.
