What would you do if someone dinged your car with you in it?

So this has happened to my brother twice in the last month. He has been sitting in his car (2000 maxima, super good condition) with it running, and someone parked next to him and opened their door into his. They then proceed to look at him in the eye, and walk away. Today it was some soccer mom bitch who opened her side door into his, looked at him in the eye, and then walked away.

This is obviously ridiculous, but barring violence, what the hell can he do?

The first time it happened, he spit all over the car. This time, he pissed on the car, shat in a bag and slung it on the windshield, and picked up random trash off the parking lot and pasted it to the shit and piss and spit. Of course, thats all illegal, and this is in a crowded parking lot. So i dont want him doing that anymore, however satisfying it could be.

What are his legal, good options for solving this? In all seriousness, we are stumped. and i dont want his ass getting arrested. NS help us out.

Im a junior in highschool, so I park my chevy 1500 in the parking lot like everyone else, one day i go to school early to do some homework in my truck, i get to school and park in the front row(it dosent matter where you park, nothing is assigned), start doing some homework, ten minutes go by and lot begins to fill, all of a sudden my car jurks foward, look behind me and see some senior laughing in his gay little car, I get out of my truck and walk to the rear bumper, nothing has happened to my truck, but his car has a dent in his front bumper, the kid rolls down his window laughing

me: what the fuck was that?!!

d-bag:your in my spot

me: there are no fucking spots!!

d-bag:well your bumper is sticking into the spot behind me

me:your fucking lucky yyou didnt do anything to my truck

d-bag laughs and goes over and brags to his friends that he is badass

My day goes on, I am pissed off the entire day, and restrain myself fromm punching him when I see him. when I get home I tell my dad what happened

dad: who was he?

me: jordan stackpole

dad: no way, when you played baseball, his dad yeld from the bleachers to hit you with the ball when you were up to base, when I was standing right next to him

me: thats bullshit

dad: I wouldnt care if you kicked his ass

I never fought him, even when I was at a party and i saw him, I still never fought him, because I dont really give a fuck( no me importa)

this actually happened to me once. i was in the car when a drunk girl plowed into the side of my car tearing up my poor civic haha but the cops did absolutely nothing, and it wasnt covered under my deductible. I had her plate, gave the cops a description of the driver and everything, and no beans. So im gonna have to say fair game on her.

considering how she looked directly at my brother and didnt flinch, i would assume she would not give up her insurance info. then what? call the cops? that seems a little stupid.

i guess violence/vandalism is the only solution?

If they refuse to exchange insurance then get hte plate and call the cops because they're being a huge bitch, if the cop doesnt do anything wait until he leaves and if the driver is still there fuck em up, its your only option

please correct me if im wrong, but is this not a minor case of hit and run?

if the person hits your car, knowing so or not,. and leaves the scene without even approaching you, i believe that is a case of fleeing the scene of an accident.

so the family was in the car... mom in the passenger seat, dad in the drivers, me in back... we waiting for my little brother.... well he came running to the car and swung his door as hard as he could... BAM!!!! right against the car besides us.... and of course the people were standing right there....

dad got out and offered to pay him 300$ right there, luckily the guy was kool about it and said he was sending it to an auction soon...

the best part is my little bro. got in the car with a nervous laugh, i shook my head at him, and he was like "What it wasnt my fault..."

i was waiting to pull out of a park lot, sitting there letting traffic go by, being patient, next thing i know my car gets slammed forward, i look behind me and its some dumb asian, i pull out and pull over, he pulls in behind me.
i say, dude wtf was that?
-he said, (in typical asian voice) 'i sorry, i pizza derivery, and i in hurry to deriver pizza.
-i say, well i was stopped and you just drove straight fucking in to me.
- he said he was sorry but had to go
- so i asked for his number
-he gave it to me (in nz our numbers are 10 digits, e.g mines 0210763316, get me?) his was like, 02142849232929, i called bullshit right away, but he drove off. i chased after him and got his plate details, called insurance and made a claim. he had to come through with the money, whilst my car was being repaired, i also got about 3 other dents fixed, a new battery, a paint touch up, and an electric issue solved, the panel beater quoted the insurance the cost, and the dumb asian had to cough up the moolaa. i thought it was better than beating the shit out of him
