So this has happened to my brother twice in the last month. He has been sitting in his car (2000 maxima, super good condition) with it running, and someone parked next to him and opened their door into his. They then proceed to look at him in the eye, and walk away. Today it was some soccer mom bitch who opened her side door into his, looked at him in the eye, and then walked away.
This is obviously ridiculous, but barring violence, what the hell can he do?
The first time it happened, he spit all over the car. This time, he pissed on the car, shat in a bag and slung it on the windshield, and picked up random trash off the parking lot and pasted it to the shit and piss and spit. Of course, thats all illegal, and this is in a crowded parking lot. So i dont want him doing that anymore, however satisfying it could be.
What are his legal, good options for solving this? In all seriousness, we are stumped. and i dont want his ass getting arrested. NS help us out.
