make fun of kids in the park for having good equipment and stuff like that and being horriable at park

the reason im asking is because my friend who ,might i add is only been skiing for 2 years, was making fun of a kid yesterday who was bad at park but had really good skis and boots.

it depends, like im not good at park i can do 3's off of smaller jumps adn do most boxes and flat rails. and today we saw this fat kid rockin an ozone jacket adn limegreen pants with a tall tee and some nice skis i dont remember which ones. the kid wouldnt even straight air with no grab over any jump even the 20foot gaps which is tiny. so we were makin fun of him amoungst ourseves.


we also mess with kids but not nessecairly hate on them just fucking around and those kids are like as good as me. not great but semi decent.

i only do that if the people cant ski AT ALL and they have nice shit
just because they arent good at park doesnt mean they arent good in other areas of skiing.
and im sure this kid just wanted to give park a try

if you want to learn to ski park, what are you meant to do? go buy fitted pants and a fitted jacket, replace your crowbars with a pair of older goggles, get rental boots and rental skis, and take the oakley sticker off your helmet because otherwise you are wearing good gear in the park when your not good and you jsut look like a dick if you do that?

iv only just started skiing park, iv skied big mountain al my life, thats where iv picked up my sponsors and had all my fun, i rock into the park with my baggy clothes and im a newb, infact i suck, iv spent 1 day in park and can now only do boxes, but if someone mockes me about, well their faggits, and next time they come ski a pow day, i might just mock them back for wearing 'good gear' in the pow when they cant actauly ski pow coz theyv skied park their whole life and they look like tools........its the same thing

Lol, ive noticed that lately in the parks people tend to be more comfortable being d bags.

LIke where i ski theres a lot of shitty "shaun white is the shit" snowboarders and whenever they see me in the park (as a skier) they insist on yelling annoying shit, usually from the chair. ( like, oh shit a skier in the park, or SKIIIEEER DO THE RAIL).. So i like to go out of my way to wait for them and call dem bitches out.

the only time i make fun of kids in the park is if they just ski down and dont hit any feature at all constantly.. every single run.
like if you just wanna ski a fucking trail, go ski a fucking trail, get out of the park you're just in peoples' ways

i have nice stuff and im just trying to learn in the park. Like i can do some rails all box's and spins over small jumps and no one usualy gives me shit for it. Except for when my friend sarted talking shit on these kids way better than him. Then i got shit for my "Head to toe oakley"

but i think i can hold my own in pow doing cliffs and pillows and lines and whatnot so i dont really care what people think of me when im in the park, because i ski to have fun and i will have fun with whatever im wearing. And i have my most fun out in the pow not in the park, and no D-bags are standing around in the steeps waiting to talk shit on you.

Sick equipment is one thing. If a kid is rocking 8 tall tee's, pants around his ankles and shitting all over himself that might be grounds for shit talking. But I would never talk shit to a kid to his face. Unless he was a dick.

NS is about 60 percent making fun of people and debating what trends are gay and what aren't, its not that surprising that it carries over to the hill.

Skiing puts me in a good mood, sometimes I make fun of people, but usually just to make a joke about something stupid on the chair or whatever to my friends. Just for the sake of laughing, not to bring others down.

in the park i don't care, partly because i'm usually that kid with nice gear who can't do much

but it pisses me off when i see someone riding really nice skis on the mountain who can't ski.  If you haven't learned to keep your hands up and not sit in the backseat when you aren't in the park you don't deserve a pair of hellbents (or any other expert level ski)

theres an exception to this tho. my knee still feels weak after acl surg so i dont really hit anything yet (especially at gore where all the box landings are rutted and i should NOT be jumping yet), but if i was in good health i would be throwin down.  i still wear all my ridiculous outerwear and to people who dont know me i probably look like a gaper.  im not gonna not wear what i want to because i lap the park with my friends and dont hit anything.

Never hate on the kids with nice stuff, even if there in the park and cant even do a 180 or strait air a jump, and if they just suck at skiing. But if that dont let them here you or see you makeing fun of them, my guss is there younger than you we all have to start out some where, and if your older and better then them in the park 90% of the kids are gona look up to you, so if you are makeing fun of them they are gona be mad bumed, and they might just quit,
