Keeping Arms Down

i am really good at threes...with my arms all crazy in the air for balance
i recently tried to make them look cleaner and kept my hands down by my side but that resulted in me landing backseat and sliding down the landing on my ass.
tips ?
suggestions?

just make sure you pop nice and hard and forward and it shouldn't be an issue

think about this for a sec. when you spin your most likely involving your arms, hands and or elbows in the setting of the trick....right? so to not have them move your best to not involve them in the trick. try setting tricks with your chest and shoulders letting your arms stay in and down. adjustments in the air will need to be done more with the head, chest and ass. plus master your timing
