Ordered my Saga stuff back in October.
You all know the story about that...however for me it gets even worse.

I was using the tracking number Fedex gave me and looking up when it would show up. On a tuesday it said it'd be here by friday of that week. On friday, I checked again and it still said the same thing, only the last update on it was on that tuesday.
I decided to call them to find out if I could see where it was. Went through all these dumb options, got a hold of someone finally, and of course he can't speak coherient english. After giving him my tracking number and him looking it up, he told me EXACTLY what I knew already and that they "didn't know where it was, but it's not lost." Excuse me and correct me if I'm wrong...but if you DON'T know where something is when it's supposed to be in your possesion, it's LOST. He then tells me that they'll call me on MONDAY.
I got a call today, and it's in the state (Alaska) and they needed a different address because they don't ship to P.O. boxes which I had not known earlier. Then the guy says "I'll have it out to you TOMORROW." At that point I was relived, however in hindsight I should have told him to have it to me TODAY seeing as it's 12:00 p.m. and already nearly 5 days late.

I worked for UPS for 3 years and never really had anything aganst Fedex because competition is good for the consumer. However after this whole experience, I won't EVER be using them again and I warn those of you on NS not to either as their service is TERRIBLE.
On a good note though, I'll have my Saga shit tomorrow! (hopefully)
