Help with down flat box

I need help to nail this down flat box. When I come to the flat part, I always fall off the rail (everytime I fall to the right, the way that my back is facing). I've tried to bend my knees to absorb the impact, but I keep losing balance!

Pls help! :)

i think you're just leaning to far back. When you pop on just stay center.

go a little faster , and put your 2 hands on your front knee , instead of absorbing the kink , try to pump the kink like if you want to get speed out of it . you need to be aggressive...
