Saga tracking

does anybody know how to track your shipment?? i have some customs code but even the andy guy at saga doesnt know what i can do with it hes just like "oh i've heard that some of our customers have trakced them i just dont know how"

I seem to remember just putting the code in as the tracking code on the USPS website.

they just like randomly called me and gave it to me maybe try calling i gues?, i tried usps and it worked thanks!!

am i the only one in the united states who still hasnt gotten their saga, im losing some serious faith in saga right now, I've emailed them a couple times, no response, and I still dont have a tracking number, what is going on?
