go to the baby park where they have like those tiny mini jumps and practice zeros, switch 1s and switch 3s and just progress from there. Theres really no trick to spinning switch. If you can spin normally you should be able to figure out how to spin switch. You just need to not lean to far foward.
If your too afraid to do that, I can't help you lol.
fr you and for the the other guy with problems looking over the right shoulder.
1. you should really get into spinning to the same direction as when you attempt a kicker normally, it might feel weird for you, but i guess its a lot harder to go for unnatty sw 3/5/7/9 when just learning how to jump switch.
2. get used to look over the shoulder which is on the side your spinning towards. spin to left, look left. again, it should feel uncomfy at first, but i would say its easier to spin after you get used to it.
so bottom line: look over the "correct" shoulder and spin in your standard natural direction. putting your left ski a little more back when spinning left (as someone said above) is also a good thing. just try to have a good start spinning switch and things above 3 will get easier.
