I was at my local mountain today and I jumped on a curved, slanted c box and my ski came off unusually as I was on the rail.
I checked out the binding of the ski that fell off to notice that the two front screws in the toe piece were missing and the plastic around one of the screws under the toe of the boot had been cracked and the binding was no longer held to the ski except for the remaining screw. Also the plastic under the binding was cracked.
So normally I was a little pissed. I bought these bindings late november, ski'd less than twenty days on them (including my backyard rail) and they were broken.
So what should I do now? I don't want to go back to the store and get the same bindings that break really easily. I don't think the store will give me another pair or my money back, will they? Should I call Rossignol and send them the bindings? Will they give me my money back or just another pair of the shitty bindings that break?
