Replying to Setting up bindings

i recently got new boots( 2008 full tilt camo) and my current skis are fit to a nordica boot with a length of 290mm. the full tilts are 293mm, is there going to be much of a difference if i get them adjusted by a shop?

i guess what im trying to say is, when techs are setting up the bindings, besides the weight/height/type of skier the person is will it matter that much if i dont adjust them? the person in the binding is still the same just a different legth boot, by 3mm.
