Really D-Structure?

So, I'm ordering the Jiberish Slices tee in white/blue off of the d-structure website (San Francisco). I go to check out, and it costs $11.96 for GROUND shipping to Seattle. What? that makes no sense...

Does anyone know what the deal is, or a member affiliated with D-Structure?

I bought that shirt too, and I was also annoyed that it cost $12 to ship a shirt.  I could mail it for $1.50 first class if I put it in a small box.
