im just wondering, but who else on newschoolers is hurt at the moment. i've got a broken arm below the shoulder and collarbone. im bored and im wondering who else is hurt and with what?

uhhh so far this season iv broken fingers, very severe sprained wrist, messed up collar bone, shin bang like no other, and knee problems.   but i still ski over all the pain,

my knees are fucked to shit from long boarding all summer so i cant ski without smoking a bowl first and im not gona cut seson short and tell my parents cuz they will cut me off and make me heal i got all lacrosse seson for that shit

I have a broken heel bone and two other broken bones in my foot right now, from skiing. I have been on crutches for the past 4 weeks and still have 3-6 more weeks of being on crutches! FML

I have a 3rd degree concussion according to my doctor because I was unconscious for over  2 minutes and if I hit my head I could go into a coma yet I still ski and I have a sprained wrist. Wear your helmet kids

Tweeked my knee.  Not super bad, down for bout two weeks.  I was immobilized for a couple of days and on T 3's :)  Swellings down and tendons are better but I still have a week to go and Im bored as fuck!!!!!!!!!

my knee has been fucked up since july. but i didnt get it checked out until it started to affect my skiing.

doctors didn't find anything with x rays but now theyre saying that the bone might have an infection.

Smashed my Tibia back in July, was okay to ski (so the physio said) had been in the park and skiied a big day then just on the last run, slipped on a patch of ice (park skis had no edge!) and twisted the break again and am out for about a month or two. Hope to ski by march. It's gay to be back on crutches :-(

thanks dawg, well, i went for mute 7, popped really sloppy and got sent really backseat and i overrotated and landed on my tails inside edge of left ski caught and boom there goes my acl.

damn that's crazy that's the exact same way I tore my acl last year at pc (overshooting a 7 mute and landing back seat), i did it on Jan 1st right before the big snows...it's so tough to watch everyone shred but stay committed to rehabbing and you'll be back stronger than ever...I feel stronger this year than I ever have because of the strict rehab I was doing and still do.  I don't do park anymore but as long as I can ski and can hard I don't care.  Btw I did my right acl, both right knee meniscus, and had microfracture surgery on my right femural condial.

Dislocated knee cap in November with stretched and sprained MCL... Skiers thumbs... Bruised ribs...  Dislocated right shoulder last weekend - I had to pull my arm back around my body and pop it in to place. It was all worth it

Destroyed rotator cuff and slap tendon. (My bicep rolled into my arm)...  I can still sorta ski but my GF tore her ACL two weekends ago so my season is pretty much f8cked

i got to go up skiing every weekend then on christmas eve i hit this ghetto jump  and did a one but somehow managed to land all weird and i had to have my friend put my ski on for me and stnad me up i ckied down to first aid and they told me i probably just pulled somthing and to go get an x ray in town

and so i got an x-ray and they said it was fine but i might have torn a ligiment so they gave me a brace and i walked on n it for a week then they call and say that  have a broken tibia

so now i am on crutches for 2-3 months and cannot ski or play lacrosse at all this year


hope i can get down to hood this summer

I just had my second surgery on my right knee on tuesday, and I'm out for the rest of the season.  In fact, I'm never going to be able to hit another jump or cliff in my life, so that's kind of a bummer.  Injuries suck!

I have subluxations in both my shoulders (they slip out aka semi dislocate when tweaked or extended at weird angles (ie making sticking my arms out while doing tricks undoable). I have physical therapy but it's pretty uncurable and makes skiing park a little scarier.

Pretty sure my ankle has a minor fracture, not too worried and i can walk and ski on it just fine. It only hurts if my foot gets  twisted outwards.

So far I have been out 2 weeks with a totally messed up physiatic nerve.  It is an old injury and it flares up a lot during the year.  It can totally drop you in agony.  Coupled with the agony of missing ski days and it adds up to a whole crapfest for me.  I'm really hoping this flareup stops so I can function again.  Standing, sitting, lying down, it's all the same..........pain that I can't even describe.
