FCP help; Freeze frame..

can u save a freeze frame?
ive tried right clickin onitt..
i wanna make a sequnece in Adobe CS3, and i realized u could use screenshots, but i cant save or c/p..
any ideas?

are ya talking about like saving it to go into your sequence table on the browser window? cause if so it should go there once you turn it into a freeze frame...otherwise i donno ill look more though.

nah man, ill give u some K for the try, but i wanna be able to save the frame to my picutres or desktop

Isolate the individual frame you want use. go export>quicktime conversion> Format-Still image. You can even choose what format you want the still image to be jpeg, photoshop, ect. do this by hitting "options" next to the format dropdown menu
