so last night, tuesday i was getting off a chairlift after rideing up the local "hill" with this german woman, she didnt speaketh english so it made it extremely akward for the whol 2 minute ride. she was early to get off the 2 person chair and sent my side to dip, my brand new oakley crash jacket got caught on something and it ripped the bottom of the zipper, the part you actually feed into the zipper. this made the zipper useless. at about 11 est we called their headquarters in utah and they answered, explained and they said they would send a new jacket out no charge, just to return to old one. best customer service ever! 10/10 for them.

this is my jacket. Oakley crash jacket got it for 68% off cost me only $73! love the jacket looks sweet but is actually a little baggy for me cause it is a xl baggy fit, only size available.... still nice
