I was going through the special features on Lame. (a snowboard movie) and Travis Parker does a tour of the DC Snowlab. The house is so pimped out its ridicoulous and they have a rail park outside and stuff. just goes to show how much more money there is in snowboarding.

what are you talking about, DC has been involved with skating for so much longer then snowboarding. also DC is so much more involved with skateboarding then snowboarding, they have a DC skate video but no snowboard video. also ken block i think thats the like owner or something or DC he has invested so much money in other things like restraunts and hotels. also if u wanted to know they also added a new run to the mountain lab and a tow rope for the new run

the acutal snowboarders make so much more money too. last year sean white and J.J. Thomas were in a 'race' for the first snowboarder to make a million in a year. Pretty crazy

That tour is pretty hilarious, funny stuff, but ya, the guy who started DC also started and sold DUB Outerwear and a bunch of other small companies and shit, plus DC is huge, so ya, what, did you expect that he wasn't extremely rich.

at my work i watch snowboard videos all day. im beginning to realize how much bigger their industry is than ours, even tho newschool skiing is growing like mad.
