Going to the gym is so damn hot right now! Getting strong and also staying flexible is pretty important for skiing and ingury prevention. Everyday I seem to hear about more and more pros hitting the gym: TJ Schiller, Justin Dorey, Sammy Carslon, Jon Olsson, and the list goes on.
I've been hitting the gym since the spring cuz I've always been a skinny track runner but I've definitely noticed that it has helped my skiing so far this winter.
Anyways who else goes to gym? Did you start going because of skiing or just for your overall health or for another sport? What do you focus on and what exercises do you like to do? etc.
