first some background... Im 17, and a Junior living in GA
Moved Ohio to Cali to Connecticut to where i am now GA
started skiing at 3, made yearly trips to Park City
Got better and better, until i started park 2 years ago
Stuck in GA, i only ski on those yearly trips, crazy practice on prails and what not...

Today i have made a deal with my parents
I have not been getting good grades for the last 3 years due to laziness, hoplessness among other things
I signed a contract today saying, if for the next two semesters i manage to make A's and B's, My parents will move our family out to Park City, Utah, for the entire ski season (next season) , and i will graduate in UTAH.
IM SO DAMN STOKED THIS IS FREAKING AMAZING!
i almost pissed my pants with joy, cause i love, eat, sleep and dream skiing, and finally everything is coming true...
Just wanted to get on here to share my excitment, and im sooo damn stoked!!!

thats sick. your parents are definitely getting the short end of this one though, given that after you move to utah, the combination of senioritis and skiing all the time will inevitably result in your grades tanking again. but sick for you though!

thats sick im doin well in school either , so my dad said when he goes on his business trip to texas ill go to the airport with him and he will send me out to whistler with some friends march break, not as good as yours but still pretty cool,

yea ill be going to highschool out in Park City

and there is nowhere to ski in GA
just my p-rail, and if i have the money to drive to NC to ski for a day or two on weekends...

the only semi good thing here, is the sudden rise in concrete skateparks, which is sick, but Utah is hella better

dude, thats an awesome deal.... not to far what is probably going to happen to me.... parents buy a house in SLC and my brother and i live there while i finish college (freshmen now).... just gotta wait and see what the economy and housing market does over the summer ect...

summers in MN and winters in UT! what more could you ask for!

they're probably on planning on moving to utah anyways so they are just making you think that their move depends entirely on you getting good marks in school, but in reality they are just trying to motivate you to get better marks.
