Hand drag 3 or 5 off jumps way easier than cork 5?

Are hand drag 3s or even 5s off of jumps easier than cork 5s?

I don't know how to do cork 5s but I was getting hand drag 3s off this smaller jump and I felt like I could have spun it around to 5. I was just wondering if I could realistically learn cork 5s this season.

no I heard that is way harder than cork 5. Some people learn cork 7s first don't they?

this thread doesn't make any sense just cause you are able to hand drag 5 off of jumps won't make it so you can get cork 5's they're not equivalent but with that being said for me it is far easier to hand drag cork 5s so if you turn it to 5 you may end up going cork and doing a form of a cork 5 just with a hand drag which makes it look cooler any way

try misty 5 first, I find that easier to get the complete rotation.

Definitely. I still have trouble on cork 5s but hand drags are a piece of cake!

no hes got a point here because you are corked for a bit on hand drags so you get the same feeling or at least a similar one, now does this feeling and experience help? that I want to know also

the dif between the two for me, is that when you hand drag off the lip you get popped harder from the lip. and it kinda auto corks so you need to be ready cuz you dont really have a choice . Where as cork 3s and 5s you have make yourself do it which can be harder sometimes, but you can control the cork when you dont drag.

Ya for sure. its cuz your already leaning back which makes you cork..... Or you can just wear a backpack and put some weights in it.hahahaha
