my shins kill me after a day of skiing. i dont know if this is shin bang or whatever (?) but like right around where the top of my boots are my shins hurt like a mother, even the sides of my calves give me grief. anyone know what might be goin on and if i can do anything to stop this? or are my boots too tight or too loose or something? because they feel comfortable until my shins start screaming at me...
