Here's a little sneak peak of next years new Il Moro, the Tanner Hall pro model.

The skinny: This isn't your Fischer Price flexing park boot. They are using a poly ether lower shell that has a more "elastic" flex, but it's a fairly stiff injection of that plastic so it rides super solid (somewhere between the 09 Il Moro, and the Pro). Two different tongues as with other Il Moro boots, and the color of the boot is actually a sublimated process which is pretty techy for a boot.

A boot won't be much better if it doesn't fit well. Dalbello's boots fit some people better than the full tilt. They are similar, but different still. They are also easier to work on to my understanding.

Truth. Can't speak for Il Moro but Rampages are fairly thick giving more shell for a fitter to work with. Also results in a more solid and durable boot.
Definitely in line for a new boot next year might snag these. Is the fit remaining the same? I tried on a pair of Il Moros this year and loved them but not sure so sure on the liner. I've heard the other one you find on a Cross with the green interior is more durable than the black-ghost ones from my shop. My only concern has been hearing issues with that top buckling system, still a sick boot for those whom it fits well.

I absoluety love the il moro closure over the plasic cuff. the flex is 100% smoother

Only downside is after 100 days the plastic rachet started to strip. I've been told they fixed the rachet system so it wont strip anymore

I like the silver id's over the gold's they're a lil softer and more forgiving

They did fix the ratchet system! I've been skiing the ILL Moro T since Christmas eve and the ratchet system is completely revamped and will not strip any more.

I ride the Pro, but the T Hall Il Moro will definitely be up there performance wise, while being a lot better in the park.

Yeah they definitely feel softer, I'm sure if there is a durability difference this is the reason. I originally ordered the Il Moro liner when I got IDs for my Rampages but Dalbello shipped the Golds. I tried both on at the shop and the Il Moro definitely seemed to fit better, nevertheless I just went ahead and molded with the Golds and they fit awesome.
The flex on the Il Moro is smooth as silk it's noticeable the moment you put it on. There's a point on the Rampage where you just want another couple stiff cm of flex but you hit a rock the Il Moro seems to have that extra give. And before anyone jumps in with Full Tilt, I don't mean another 5inches of fall-through flex

well full tilt is using the old molds from raichle and for dalbello to make a new mold for the kryton it just costs too much

maybe. travis rice repped it all through thats it thats all, which was the most epic movie i've ever seen by the way. and i like the jacket a lot, its like somehow rasta without looking really played like rasta usually does.

This boot is amazing. I have bone spurs sticking out of the back of my heel, trying almost every boot this is the only one that would completely fit my foot exactly. Every boot i tried hurt my heel to bad to ski but the II Moro. If you could only see my heel you would know.

i have grown up skiing in nothing but salomon boots, and now that im on my second pair of spks, ive realized that i havent even ever tried on any other brand of boot to see if they fit better, maybe i wont get such bad shin bang bith a boot that fits better, how soft is the tounge on boots like these, and what is the flex like compared to the SPK kaos? will i have less problems with this boot? i think i need to do some trying on soon
