Replying to Re: the article More Hopeless Idealism

How can you say that going into Afganastan is so wrong?? We are helping the citizens of their counrty by removing their hate riden government~the Taliban. And Americans are not bombing innocent civilians, we are bombing military targets and possible hideouts of bin Laden or Taliban leaders~If it takes alittle violence to get rid of terrorism in this world then I am all for it. To weaken them by retailating even if it means killing a few innocent people to protect our the freedoms of innocent Americans is exactly what we have to do. While I dont know if u had to write this Essay for school or because you believe what you wrote I think that you are completely wrong in saying that we should just stand by and let them keep doing more damage to us.
