I highly doubt that Calgary's water ramps are going to open this summer, they need to install a full water purification system with the same standards as a public pool. Although I heard a rumor that Southern was raising some money to try and get it open this year.
Red deer's ramps underwent a renovation last summer and have a little left to finish. So they should open up sometime this summer.
Grand Prairie's ramps are by far the best in Alberta. They added a bubble system last summer and were going to expand it this year, so that it actually covers the area you land when you go from the top. Their also adding an up-rail to the setup, that's going to be like 10ft off the water.
