Hiking Dew Tour Slopestyle

So tommorow im heading up to mt snow to watch the slopestyle go down. Is it possible to hike up the side or will they have it roped off and will only be able to watch from the bottom? I am not going to have a lift ticket so i cant ski, but any input would be good

im pretty sure you will be able to hike up the course...but imnot completely positive

you can only watch from the bottom if u dont have a ticket i think, im pretty sure on their site it says something like that

so do you think best place to watch would be from the bottom or to hike up and watch a specific feature

i have a 1/2 am ticket and i just called mount snow to make sure i could still walk up after 1 (cuz if not then i would have upgreaded to a full day ticket for the extra $15) and the lady on the phone said that it is free to hike and watch but it way easier to get to if you ski...i explained that one the dew tour website it said that you needed a ticket and that people are getting confused...she said she would be too and that yes it is free to hike and no you don't have to watch it from the bottom at hte lodge.

thanks! i was really concerned and i know there was some confusion....not gonna keep that info to myself! i just hope that the lady was right!

mounts snows park runs are hard to see from the lodge. the superpipe on the other-hand is right there. def hike slopestyle because its gonna be mad crowded and a waste of lift ticket money to ski

thanks for the advice! i wanna see womens slope...and its going on the same time as mens snowboard pipe....so im thinking it wont be too crowded! i cant wait to watch my girls kill it tho!!!
