Sparknotes: shells landed in/near/in front of  a UN international school in gaza, killing 30 instantly and wounding (probably fatally) 50 others.
just watch the movie, i dont see in any way how they can justify this, but looks like the only ramification is going to be an "investigation" into israel's actions.

its because of the zionist settlers who thought they were on a mission from god to settle land that wasn't theirs. remember when israel removed them by force several years ago and they literally had to drag them out of their synagogues? those are the people that fuel this fire.

and the attack wasn't pre-emptive to the guy above. it was because nasser expelled the peacekeeping force from the country which was there since the suez incident, then put troops on the israeli border thinking that israel which was western backed was going to retaliate. nasser also blocked off the straits of tiran to all israeli ships.

yea it seems to be common consensus among Muslim nations that the UN placed the Jewish people in Israel knowing there would be outrage, and that they did it to keep the Muslim countries busy trying to "kill the tumor that is Israel"

in the united states we never worry about being blown to bits, this has been the case because all the terrorists have been fighting over in the middle east, the idea that osama binladen had was that they go to the source of the problem, Israel is funded by the US so hit the US right when they dont expect it. look at our economy fall, and reputation burn, america has been limping along ever since.

before any of this nobody knew or gave a shit about the middle east, it was all "forigen problems"

They hate us because of their religion! Radical Islam believes in what is known as the Jihad or Holy War for Allah. There are two different categories of Jihad, non-violent and violent. Radical Islamic believers make violent jihad their sole priority. In this holy war radical Muslims want to convert everyone to Islam essentially and they'll do it anyway possible. Everything that western culture stands for is against their religious beliefs. They also view Western culture as Christian. Muslims have been at war with Christians for centuries. Today radical Islam sees Christianity as one of the primary targets for Jihad. So don't go telling people that Radical Muslims do not hate the U.S. because they do! BTW I'm by no way saying that it is alright when children and innocent bystanders are killed, but it is war and it happens. Like they say war is hell.

haha. i didn't mean palestine at all.  I mean pakistan, the country that harbored hezbollah, Hezbollah is involved with hamas.  Pakistan is very much involved, i'm not sure if you understand.  It's not Hamas vs. Israel.  It's more of every country in the middle east vs. Israel.  Pakistan is in the middle east, so they are very much involved.  They with Iran help smuggle weapons to hamas, just like they hid hezbollah, and supported them.  you need to open your eyes and see the whole war, not just the battle.

iran spearheads most of the Hezbollah and hammas with support, Palestine does not really have access to any production and iran is the only muslim country that can manufacture its own weapons freely

however they are depicted as much more radical then they are.

They may be crazy, but they aren't stupid.. its not a purely ideological war that they are waging against us, it has to do with our support of israel, and our incursion onto saudi land during the first (and now second) gulf war. I mean this is kind of shaky ground Im on here trying to justify 9/11 from the viewpoint of Al Qaeda, but everyone has reasons for doing stuff, my main point is that the whole radical islam thing is an excuse and a recruiting tool for the militarization against the west.

i just want to point out that the israel is by no means the innocent victim in this conflict. Israeli's are also committing many atrocities and committing numerous human rights violations against palestinians. Palestinians live in poverty with little to no chance of succeeding in life because of the harsh treatment and restricions put upon them by israel. they are constantly being bullied and treated like second class citizens. for example the bulldozing of houses on palestinian land to make way for illegal jewish settlements or the blockades and raiding of palestinian settlements. I don't condone the killing of innocent civilians from either side but i do believe the palestinians are justified in using force against israeli soldiers. I realize that this argument is one sided and palestinians are far from innocent as well but i thought many people were ignoring the hardships of the palestinians.

Radical Islam is just that, Radicalized Islam. Very few muslims in the world ascribe to this interpretation of the Qur'an, and its a fucking gigantic leap to assume that the fighters against Israeli occupation of a Arab state would. I'm sure there are those in Hamas that would support such a view, but its a bit to say that all the Palestinians do.

isreal has made huge advantages it technology. their government is not screwed up what so ever, most people in israel have no problem with the current government, the only ones who are against it at the palistinians because they want the land.
