Replacing A Frame lenses

I need to replace one lens with another... so how do I go about taking out one lens and putting in the other? It's probably ridiculously simple, but I don't want to break anything.

my brother constantly gets new lenses for his A frames. He thought he was going to break his too, but you just have to put them in the little hole things carefully. But dont be afraid to click them in... they will give dont worry. Just dont get WAY out of control and put TONS of pressure on them.

Thanks... where do I pressure the frames to pop out the old lenses?

it's not hard, and usually you replacement lense will have a step by step instruction manual on how to go about doing it, pull the top of the frame upward away from the lense, remove lense, then place in the new one bottom first, like the other guy said, until it pops in place the apply pressure to the top of the frame down onto the the new lense!
i'm not canadian, duhuhuhuh i'm just a little slow.

ya man i just got new lens for my a frames and i was kinda sketchy on puttin them in ...i just pretty much put the nose part in first and then the top last

at least with my a-frames, they're rubbery so to get the old lens out I just hold onto the nose and pull up on the top of them (not the foam though). Also, when you're putting the new lenses on, make sure all the little notches in the lens are clipped into the frame.

Yeah, the A-Frames have little knobs on the frame that connect with indentations on the lens. Carefully pry apart the frame from the lense. The only thing you really have to worry about it smudging the lens, there's not really that much to fuck up. You better get them in there tight though, all that powder in Utah is going to be flyin right in your face!
