when i did my first lincoln i was scared, but my suggestion is to just go for it. Once i did my first one and kind of skidded out backseat i realized how easy they actually are and did a bunch more!
one thing to watch out for 'rotation'. on a tramp you go up and down so theres nothing funny. On a jump you are travling forward so if you drop the same way you do on a tramp your going to flip then theres going to be a late 180. make sure you keep your eye on the horizon and dont let your arms make rotation, keep them at your sides CCCR
ya i just looked forward when i moved it to snow. you can see your whole rotation and it feels really sick. also like turpin said keep your arms to yours sides, i kinda looked like im riding a bike when i did mine.
Sick my bro just got em yesterday but I couldn't get out to the hill so now I have a buddy to help me out with em, I also found this helpful too if you guys want some visual tips...
i dunno what its called i dont know what i look like in the air but everyones telling me i linoclned one and misty 5 and cork 5
and all i do is try to do a linocln
when i do the cork 5 it feels way different than when i do a cork 7 on purpose so i think it could be a flat 5 or rodeo 5
I think the easiest way is pop, drop your ear to your shoulder, suck your legs up and reach for a safety grab on the side that you are dropping. I tend to flail and or pencil if I don't suck my legs up and then it gets ugly. Also you want to keep your eyes forward and on the horizon like in Luke Van Valin's video. This helps because you are never blind and it will keep you straight and from spinning into 180.
visualize it when your standing above and dropping in. visualizing stuff helps me so much. then drop your shoulder and look straight ahead, just like on a tramp, and your good.
