Help with buying a canon Rebel DSLR

Im interested in buying a dslr canon rebel and i wanna know what the difference is in the XSi and XTI series? i know theres 2 mega pixels and a smaller screen difference but other then that do i loose and features that i would need? if any? also just looking for a canon cause i currently have a canon rebel EOS K2 35mm camera that i am using for school and i have a pretty nice macro lense for it, so im staying with canon, not sure if i wanna buy the package witht he 18-15 MMIS lens cause my friend has one with his XSI and he doesn use it to often, so i might go for the body only on which ever camera i buy.

the screen interface is ALOT nicer on the XSi.
check out the XS (10mp, pretty much the same interface as the XSi) it's on sale at circuit city for $525 with 18-55 ef lense or $600 with 18-55 and 75-300 ef lense.
or if you have the money... the XSi is onsale at your local Costco with a full kit plus teh 18-55 and i believe a 75-300 for around $899....
i would go for the XS if you are trying not to spend a ton of money... but if you hav ethe extra few hundred, then the XSi wins hands down. my uncle bought one a few months ago and paired it with a 1600 dollar macro lense (he is freaking rich) and it takes the most incredible pictures effortlessly. the Rebel interface is the best pro-sumer option on the market.

alright well i thought this thread wasnt made cause my browser shut off, oh well i made a more detailed on in non- ski gabber
xs is outta the question ive researched it and they dont have a dust cleaner sensor and im a very lense oriented person so i change the lense often and if dust gets in the xs you have to have the camera cleaned where as the XTI and XSI do it their selves
yea i saw costco had a deal for actualyl 750.00 on the XSI i believe so thats probably my best option right now
