Ok first up. I did searchbar but i found only a couple of old threads and people just said.. "your boots don't fit." etc.. Anyway my boots do fit and they feel perfect.. I am not asking how to stop toe bang.. I know why I have it.. I landed backseat 360ing off a 15 ft cliff.. the situation was made worse because i didn't trim my big toenails properly..
Anyway, my question is this. What should I do to make skiing as comfortable as possible, given that i have toe bang? Padding around said toe? Pain killers? Ice it now?
