So over the break I finally built my dream of a pvc rail. A rainbow box. So I took the design from my head and brought it to life. I then transported to the island, tried to jib it, and on the 5th try the pipe all the way on the edge snapped, and actually got caught inbetween my ski and my boot.
The pvc pipes are 3/4 inches thick and attched to the end of the board by screws.
